This four-star Boutique Hotel belongs to the Súmmum Hotel Group, a renowned Mallorcan hotel group owned by the Vich family. With a privileged location overlooking the bay of Palma and the gardens of the Marivent Palace. It is a small hotel with 16 rooms with an elegant and sophisticated decoration inspired by the spirit of the Mediterranean.
In the reform project that was carried out in 2023 by Pro Hotel DURAN has supplied an excellent selection of ceramic and porcelain floor and wall tiles from leading firms such as Marazzi, Cerámica Mayor and Durstone for both interiors and exteriors, the latter being of particular importance given its proximity to the maritime area, where it suffers the most intense environmental aggressions due to erosion, oxidation, silica and high humidity.

In the rooms and some interior spaces, it was decided to cover the old flooring in good condition, but which was used with the new decoration to add a high quality parquet laminate from Designfloor. In the intimate areas of the hotel we opted for high-tech drainage systems and reduced water consumption by the firm Geberit. Floor-level shower trays to guarantee good traffic and offer comfort and visual spaciousness to the bathroom with the firm Hidrobox and for the bathroom accessories we opted for the quality of the materials and design of the firm Hansgrohe.
