At the beginning of the year, during Maison&Objet In The City in Paris,
the first collection by Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas for Bisazza was presented,
now part of the BISAZZA MARMO and MARMOSAICO collections.
The central theme of the collection revolves around labyrinthine geometric compositions with hexagonal motifs that evoke the elegance and harmony of ancient mosaics. An elaborate composition with decorated marble tesserae reimagines the richness of Byzantine carpets.
The Fuksas collection consists of five designs: Ipazia, Sofia, Arianna, Teodora, and Irene.
It offers a sophisticated and contemporary reinterpretation with a refined color palette that enhances the beauty of geometric shapes inspired by classic motifs from the Byzantine era.
Ipazia
Available in two color variants (gray and yellow), it stands out for its surprising three-dimensionality.
Sofia
Defined by the harmonious repetition of intricate geometric patterns. It comes in a yellow version, radiating the brightness of Giallo Reale marble, and a green version, exuding the classic elegance of Verde Imperiale marble.
Arianna
Part of the Marmosaico collection, it offers two color options: red and black. Its marble tesserae form a sinuous, ribbon-like pattern, creating a dynamic sense of movement on surfaces.
Teodora e Irene
These designs showcase an elaborate composition of geometric patterns crafted with marble tesserae that are sure to set trends.
This collection is designated by the Fuksas studio in homage to these courageous female figures who left an indelible mark on history.
