EcoStep PRO

EcoStep PRO daily reuses greywater, rainwater and pool waters.

Suitable for homes and facilities with high consumption: single-family houses, hotels, campsites, administration, schools, offices, universities, leisure and sports complexes, pools in general, etc.

In the case of pool backwashing, EcoStrep PRO takes advantage of all this residual flow for reuse.

EcoStep PRO and the Environment

The environmental impact is nil, since in addition to having a rapid amortization by allowing an economic saving, it also reduces more than 80% the consumption of potable water depending on the type of installation.

According to the EcoStep PRO version, it is possible to reuse more than 100,000 liters of water daily.

This new system was presented on January 27 at the Parc Bit during the “first ecological transition fair of the Balearic Islands”

How does it work?

The EcoStep PRO purifies and disinfects non-potable water, such as that from other household uses, such as showers (gray water), pools and rainwater. This avoids the direct use of potable water in activities that do not require its potability, but rather its disinfection.

In the case of gray water, it allows the reuse of shower and bath water for gardening, car washing, or toilet flushing.

When it comes to rainwater, it collects the water from the rain and starts the treatment process.

Once the water intended for reuse enters the EcoStep PRO circuit, the appropriate oxidation, flocculation-coagulation, filtration and disinfection treatments are initiated to remove the solid matter and microorganisms present in the gray water.

The reuse process

The reuse process of gray and rainwater from the EcoStep PRO starts with the accumulation of water in one or more tanks. Then it passes through various filtration systems (from coarser to finer) after adding chemical reagents. In this phase the water is disinfected and filtered. Then it is stored in another tank that distributes it throughout the network.

The system includes a control panel that regulates the system. It allows you to control the entire process of production of treated water, filter cleaning and chemical dosing.
